Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we make returns and refunds simple.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and free from any odors, with all tags attached

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@amirahme.com to request your return.

  2. We’ll review your request to confirm eligibility and, if approved, provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

  3. Important: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

 Why approval is needed: This ensures your item meets our return criteria, prevents lost or misdirected packages, and allows us to coordinate with suppliers for a smooth return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@amirahme.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, you can choose to:

    • Receive a refund to your original payment method (processed within 10 business days)

    • Make a separate purchase for a new item

  • Please note your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@amirahme.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria above.
