Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–13 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

International & EU Shipping

  • Standard International / EU Shipping: 10–20 business days (delivery times may vary due to customs processing)
  • Express International / EU Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is available on:
    • Domestic U.S. orders over $75
    • EU orders over $120

Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

EU customers should be aware that VAT or import fees may apply upon delivery depending on local regulations.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please report any lost or damaged packages within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
